  • Great for adding attractive oak flavors and aromas to your wines.
  • Highly effective during red wine fermentation to help stabilize color and moderate overly vegetal characters.
  • Chips can be added during or after fermentation.
  • The chips can be added in loose form to red fermenters or suspended in tanks via infusion bags.
