BOURBON BARRELS

We receive freshly emptied 53-gallon American white oak (Quercus alba) barrels from leading distilleries on a daily basis. Each barrel is carefully inspected at our cooperage, where it is selected, repaired, or prepared in knockdown form according to customer specifications.
From Kentucky to markets worldwide, we ship high-quality once-filled bourbon barrels suited for the maturation of a wide range of spirits, including Scotch whisky, Canadian whisky, Irish whiskey, tequila, and rum.
Our Bourbon Barrel Solutions
We offer:
- Freshly emptied, once-filled bourbon barrels, guaranteed fillable and ready for immediate reuse
- Palletized knockdown barrel sets, shipped in units of 50 barrels per pallet for efficient reassembly at destination (with hoops and ends available upon request)
- Export-quality, quarter-sawn hogshead ends, traditionally shaped (¼ inch behind cantles) and charred or toasted to customer specifications
- Twice-filled barrels suitable for refill applications
- A variety of used barrels for finishing and secondary maturation
